This is reference with to EGM held on 20th March 2010 the following decision is taken unanimously.

  1. The policy of 2% cash discount within 7 days or maximum 28 days credit facility should be followed very strictly and if found the same is not implemented by any member then the disciplinary action will be initiated on subsequent members.
  1. The vigilance committee will be appointed to keep a watch on the above matter and their report will be considered.
  1. We are expecting a fullest co-operation in this matter to provide you safety-security & prosperity.
