Dear Members,

The association has suggested to all of you to do the semi-wholeselling in only selected company and reserve the business of semi-wholeselling for the small wholesellers for retailing. The purpose of this was;

1.       To protect the interest of authorised stockist.

2.      To rationalize the market by irrational supplier to avoid unhealthy competion.

3.      To secure the business of small wholesalers.

4.      To feel “NEED” of yours at retail outlets.

5.      To spread the brotherhood sprit.

It is found not all but few members are not following this policy which is giving an opportunity to other members to make complaint.

“This policy is beneficial to all if followed by all”

Please in your own interest follow as per below very strictly;

1. The semi-wholeselling will be allowed only in listed company as per annex “A”
2. The wholesellers whose retail turnover is more than 5 crores p.a in direct company should not to do any semi-wholeselling by purchasing goods from any other sources.
3. The semi wholesellers will have to source their requirement preferably from same zone only.
4. All are eligible to offer the goods to the small wholesellers whose turnover is less than 5 crores p.a in listed company only.
