            Subject: To stop sale of banned Drugs

             Ref       : The Government Notification G.S.R. 82 (E) dated 10^th February 2011

Dear Members,

You are hereby informed as per above subject matter and referred government notification that all the drugs content in the above said notification are banned by the government with immediate effect.

The photo copy of said notification and letter received by us from Food & drug Administration – (M.S) is enclosed herewith for your ready reference and perusal.

You are also advised to stop the purchase and sale of the products and their compositions banned by government with the immediate effect.  

Specially note that Nimesulide tablets and the combination thereof used for the 12 years above aged group are still allowed for sale, so don’t returns back the stock of other preparation of Nimesulide tablets. The syrups and suspension and its combination of Nimesulide are only return back.

KINDLY READ THE GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION CAREFULLY.

You all are advised to take back the such stock from retailers to whom you have sold and return back to company.
